Enable Admins to Manage Tearsheets on Behalf of All Users

What's new?

Admin users can now manage tearsheets across their organization. With the new Manage Tearsheets permission, admins can view all tearsheets regardless of ownership or public/private status, edit the name, description, add/remove records, and delete tearsheets owned by other users. A confirmation prompt appears when deleting to prevent accidental removal.

Why does it matter?

Previously, only the tearsheet owner could edit or delete their tearsheets, leaving admins without a way to clean up old lists and maintain data hygiene across the organization. This update gives admins the control they need to keep tearsheet data clean, organized, and up to date.

How do I enable this?

This update is available for all ATS customers. To enable it, contact Bullhorn Support and request the Manage Tearsheets permission for your admin users.
